VLink Inc hiring Business Intelligence Architect

This role leads the architecture of OBIEE platforms, ensures data integrity and performance, and aligns BI solutions with business and technical requirements. Key Responsibilities: Architecture & Design: Design end-to-end OBIEE architecture, including RPD (Repository) modeling, presentation layer strategy, and subject area design Define BI standards, best practices, and governance for OBIEE implementations Architect scalable solutions supporting large data volumes and complex analytics use cases Lead OBIEE platform upgrades, migrations (on-prem to cloud / OAC), and performance tuning initiatives OBIEE Development & Administration Oversee development of dashboards, reports, and analyses using OBIEE Answers and Dashboards Design and maintain logical, physical, and presentation layers in RPD Optimize query performance using aggregates, caching, and partitioning strategies Manage OBIEE security (application roles, data-level security, LDAP integration) Administer OBIEE servers, including configuration, deployment, and patching Data Integration & Modeling Collaborate with data architects and ETL teams (ODI, Informatica, etc.) to ensure proper data modeling Design dimensional and semantic models aligned with business KPIs Validate data quality, lineage, and reconciliation between source systems and BI layer Stakeholder & Technical Leadership Act as the technical lead for BI initiatives and mentor developers Translate business requirements into BI architecture and technical designs Provide guidance on BI strategy, roadmap, and tool modernization Support UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live performance stabilization Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with Oracle OBIEE (11g / 12c) Expert-level knowledge of RPD development and administration Strong SQL and Or...
