The Builder Sales Business Development professional will focus on expanding the builder, remodeler, and pergola-dealer channel across the Eastern U.S.Builder Sales Business Development responsibilities:Build and grow a multi-state territory from scratchIdentify and engage custom home builders, remodelers, and outdoor-living dealersScout, recruit, and onboard pergola dealers and regional partnersDevelop pipeline through cold outreach, site visits, events, and presentationsManage monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targetsSupport builder programs, partner initiatives, and promotional campaignsAttend builder expos, trade shows, and industry eventsMaintain accurate CRM activity and provide territory reportingThe successful candidate has:5–10 years of field sales or business development experienceExperience in residential construction, building products, or builder salesProven hunter mentality with strong territory-building experienceAbility to manage a large multi-state region independentlyComfortable working fully remote with up to 50% travelStrong technical aptitude and confidence selling durable productsExcellent communication, planning, and relationship-building skillsCompensation and benefits:The discussed salary range is$90,000 – $110,000depending on experienceCommission programHealth allowanceRetirement planAll travel expenses coveredCandidates must be legally authorized to work in The United States.
