Aufgaben Learn and support the Design & Insights team at ZEISS Digital Partners along the entire UX research process that covers Support in developing a research plan for early stage/Design Thinking projects Support preparing research guidelines, conducting onsite or remote research to explore user needs and validate hypotheses Support in documenting and storing research data efficiently Supporting synthesis of actionable insights with team members Building knowledge on AI tools and methodologies Supporting workshops and conducting desk research Providing administrative support for design research operations Gain first-hand experience in strategic development of future customer experiences for ZEISS products and services.
