Linde Gas AS Sales Development Manager and Account Executive Tallinn, Estonia (req26129) What You Will Enjoy Doing You will proactively research and identify new business opportunities in the market using customer insights and third-party data and generate and close new sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers Additionally you will conduct outreach through Salesforce, calls, emails, and customer visits to create sales leads and opportunities and to assess customer needs and recommend suitable products, services, or solutions Furthermore you will build and nurture long-term, trusting relationships with customers to secure and qualify sales opportunities On a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis you will prepare and report sales performance to the sales manager Introduce and implement new technologies and applications to drive business value You are expected to maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, services, applications, and enhance expertise in customer purchasing behavior Negotiate sales terms, agreements, and successfully close deals, including preparing formal proposal documents for bidding processes What Makes You Great You have minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, working with large accounts and preferably technical or chemical products and obtain a degree or diploma in business, technical, chemistry or engineering field Fluency in written and verbal Estonian and English is mandatory You are good at negotiation, presentation, and communication You have passion for growth, achieving results, winning new business, and maximizing customer value and at the same time you have resilience and perseverance in overcoming challenges and handling rejections You are forward-thinking, adaptable to change, and open to innovation Additionally you have competence in financial basics and working with data Furthermore you are comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to monitor and generate sales opportunities (Salesforce experience preferred) and MS Office tools You have a driver's licence Why you will love working with us At Linde you will be surrounded by knowledgeable people who love what they do.
