Solution Engineer London

We're seeking an experienced, independent Solution Engineer to join our dynamic London team This is a critical role requiring complete ownership of complex technical processes - from initial pre sales through full customer onboarding. What You'll Do: Lead Technical Sales Processes Take full ownership of the technical aspects of sales cycles, including deep understanding of customer requirements and matching the right solutions Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical workshops for prospective clients Develop and present customized solutions that address specific client challenges and business objectives Technical Implementation & Onboarding Lead complete technical implementation of Justt's solutions for new clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure clients maximize value from our solutions Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the onboarding process Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, product, customer success, and engineering teams to exceed client expectations Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials Requirements: 5+ years of proven experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting roles 2 years in fintech - Bonus!
