[Industry: Financial Services | Type: Full-time | Level: Mid-Senior level] Job descriptionDesignation: Manager ProgramsRelevant Experience: Minimum 4 years in any of the four thematic areas of Livelihood, or Environment, streams with excellent verbal & written English communication skills, along with experience in drafting & managing social interventionsJob Responsibilities:Project Design & Proposal Writing: Lead the conceptualization, drafting, and timely submission of project proposals and technical documents for donor consideration.Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and ongoing engagement.Program Implementation: Oversee on-ground execution as per the approved Project Implementation Plan (PIP).Client & Donor Coordination: Drive program discussions with clients/donors, ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational values.Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and quality in technical proposals, reports, and financial projections.Presentations & Representation: Deliver technical presentations and participate in high-level meetings with donors and stakeholders.Team Leadership: Provide guidance and supervision to the project team to ensure timely and effective delivery.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and leadership as required.Required Skills and ExperienceMinimum 4 years of relevant experience in managing social development programs.Proven experience in writing and presenting project proposals.Strong command over English (verbal and written).Sound understanding of project management tools and processes.Ability to manage diverse teams and work under tight deadlines.Willingness to travel for project needs.Location: Okhla Phase III, New Delhi (On-site)Annual Remuneration: Maximum up to ₹85,000 per month, based on last drawn salary and relevant experience.To apply, mail your resume to career@fiinovation.co.in(do not simply click the apply button – applications received by email will be given preference andquick responses)Subject line: Based on your thematic area expertise, mention any one of the following:“Manager Programs– Livelihood” or“Manager Programs – Environment” or"Manager Program - Health"It is mandatory to clearly mention within the email body your:-Current CTC-Expected CTC-Whether it is okay to join within 15-20 days
