Job DescriptionAs a Security Operations Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating security operations programs, projects, and initiatives within the OCI ecosystem.You will work closely with various teams, including security engineering, cloud operations, and product development, to enhance security measures and respond to emerging threats.The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent program management skills, and a strategic mindset to drive security improvements across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage security operations programs, including threat detection, incident response, and security monitoring, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and security standards.Develop and maintain security processes, playbooks, and documentation to streamline security operations and incident management.Coordinate and facilitate communication between security teams, cloud operations, and other stakeholders during security incidents and investigations.Analyze security metrics, logs, and data to identify trends, potential vulnerabilities, and areas for improvement in security operations.Implement and manage security tools, technologies, and automation to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.Stay updated on emerging security threats, attack vectors, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for security enhancements.Collaborate with the product development teams to integrate security best practices into the cloud service offerings.Mentor and guide junior team members and promote a culture of continuous security improvement.ResponsibilitiesQualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
