The role ensures that all communications are precise, compliant, and deliver a flawless experience for our customers.This role combines campaign-level execution with end-to-end journey QA and supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new products or feature launches impacting product launches, migrations and feature releases impacting CRM communications. You will ensure accurate audience targeting, messaging logic, automation workflows, and data flow between systems – while also supporting governance-aligned QA processes, UAT efforts tied to new business initiatives.What You’ll DoWork as an individual contributor to carry out testing activities and ensure thorough review of end-to-end CRM campaigns including email, push, in-app messaging, content cards for FanDuel products.Co-ordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) validation for new product launches, feature releases and enhancements impacting CRM communications.Conduct audit and validate customer journeys within the CRM platforms to ensure correct targeting, triggers, sequencing and automation rules and personalization logic.Validate data integrity and campaign setup during migration between systems, ensuring consistency of segmentation, suppression logic checks, and audience targeting.Co-ordinate test plans, execution schedules under governance standards.Support incident management processes and ensure timely resolution and clear documentation.Experience with...
