Senior Software Engineer

The role will focus on building reusable workflows, applying software engineering best practices, and leveraging modern AI tools and techniques. w2ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain services and workflows that integrate AI tools and models to improve developer productivity.Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows using skills.md, LangGraph, or comparable technologies.Apply software engineering best practices, including clean code, testing, and design patterns, to deliver maintainable systems.Collaborate within a diverse engineering team to plan and deliver next-generation platform capabilities.Contribute to open-source efforts and share knowledge to foster a learning culture.Experience RequirementsExtensive experience with at least two programming languages such as Python, Node, or Java.Hands-on experience with GenAI tools including GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or Claude.Hands-on experience writing AI workflows using skills.md, LangGraph, or similar technologies.Extensive experience applying software engineering best practices and principles.Extensive experience applying software patterns and clean code principles.Eliassen Group values transparency in our recruitment practices.
