We place them at the heart of what we do, providing challenging opportunities to develop within a great team in a supportive environment that allows them to reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities Of The RoleCheck BIM on all projects, including completed audits, errors and issues, missing information, SMBWA.Minutes of Team meetings - Minutes for each sector, Assign issues.PowerBi reports.Send out Bi Weekly PowerBi reports to the teams.Support to keep the mobile plant register up to date.Support to prepare EHS ppt for meetings and minutes of the meetings.Keep up to date the attendance lists of the meetings, trainings,Keep checking Subcontractors EHS documentation on BIM360 .Analyse the Datascope system for induction in advance, check documentation for site.Keep EHS kiosk up to date.Monitor EHS Safety League based on the documentation provided by subcontractors.Carry out SMBWAs.Keep up to date BIM 360 folders.Send Lessons Learned to all team members.Manage and monitor emails.Check in with all EHS Leads on a bi weekly basis.Ensure EHS Leads have submitted all required information monthly.Assist with managing clients re...
