In this role, you’ll work on AI agents that genuinely transform how financial institutions operate — from RAG pipelines to scalable microservices.📍Cooperation:B2B or full-time employment📍HO:2 days/week📍Location:Prague📍Language:English📍Requirement:Permanent residence in the Czech Republic or Czech citizenshipℹ️What you’ll work on:Developing robust ML and LLM services in Python with a strong focus on clean design, testability, and reliable releases.Exposing models via REST/GraphQL APIs using FastAPI and running them as Kubernetes microservices.Designing and implementing RAG workflows, agent orchestration, tool integration, and memory/context handling.Working with vector databases, embedding pipelines, and orchestration libraries like LangChain or LlamaIndex.Building automated tests, evaluation frameworks, monitoring setups, and rollout strategies (tracing, canary, A/B).Collaborating across teams, defining clear API contracts, and contributing to architecture discussions and sprint rituals.💡What you should bring:5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 3 years of production Python (FastAPI/async IO, packaging).Proven experience across the full LLM lifecycle — data prep, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation, and monitoring — with tools such as PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, vLLM, or MLC-LLM.Experience building AI agents and RAG pipelines.Hands-on experience with vector databases (Qdrant, LanceDB) and embedding workflows.Solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for deploying services and data pipelines.Strong SQL skills and awareness of NoSQL/graph databases.Commitm...
