[Industry: IT Services and IT Consulting | Type: Full-time | Level: Mid-Senior level] Job DescriptionAs a Seniorl Cloud Support Engineer, you will be the technical interface to customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) for resolution of problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance and use of Oracle products. In this position, you will routinely act independently while researching and developing solutions to customer issues.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or relevant work experience.4 + years of experience in Infrastructure or cloud-related field.Must have hands-on experience with Cloud Networking and in-depth knowledge of cloud computing.Must have hands-on experience with public-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP or OCI).Prior experience in a technical support role or demonstrated ability to quickly troubleshoot technical problems to root cause to restore service.Good written and verbal English communication skillsEffectively communicate with people on both a technical and non-technical levelAbility to work with a global, remote workforce.
