IT Business Analyst with Intermodal knowledge.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment and contribute to strategic digital transformation projects.Your RoleAs part of the program team, you will play a key role in deploying and supporting the Intermodal module within the OneVision Agency platform and implementing a new Transport Management System (TMS). You will collaborate with global teams, ensuring smooth integration and adoption across multiple agencies.Main ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and map current intermodal processes and design optimized “To-Be” workflows.Configure the OneVision Agency platform or TMS to align with operational needs.Coordinate and conduct interface testing with internal stakeholders.Develop functional specifications and write user stories to guide development teams.Support go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation phases.Lead training workshops and contribute to knowledge transfer initiatives.Monitor project progress and report to stakeholders.What We’re Looking For3–5 years’ experience in transportation or logistics with strong operational knowledge.<- PLEASE, this is a must have, if you don't, you won't be considered.Familiarity with TMS solutions (Oracle OTM, CargoWise, Blume).Proven experience as a Business Analyst, including requirements gathering and user story creation.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Fluency in English; ability to work in a multicultural environment.Knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies; proficiency in MS Office.You are eligible to work in Switzerland, EU or Swiss citizenship or valid work permit.
