Our mission is to strengthen European self-sufficiency – come help us make it happen.We’re looking for someone in Kyiv who will:build relationships between Ukrainian UAV/UGV manufacturers and European partners,oversee and develop our investments into Ukrainian teams.What you’ll do1) Ambassador for the “Go-To European Market Package”Identify relevant Ukrainian teams (UAV, UGV, component manufacturers, other defence tech).Present our “go-to EU market” package as a win–win setup.Help them practically prepare for entering European markets (product, certifications, customer expectations).Organise meetings with European partners, prepare materials, and handle follow-ups.2) Portfolio and investment workMaintain regular contact with the teams we invest in (delivery, roadmap, finances, risks).Flag issues early and propose concrete actions (prioritisation, team changes, focus).Support initial screening of new opportunities (product, team, references, basic DD).3) Local “radar” and bridge to EuropeContinuously track what’s happening in the Ukrainian defence ecosystem (new teams, regulation, demand).Translate local reality into clear inputs for our EU-based team.Contribute to preparing offers, pilots and tenders for European customers.Who we’re looking forBased in / able to fully operate from Kyiv.Experience in at least one of the following areas:defence / security / armed forces, orbusiness development / sales (B2B/B2G, ideally tech).Able to communicate with decision makers (C-level, MoD, military structures).Hands-on mindset – you get things done, not just “network”.Languages:Ukrainian (or Russian) – professional level,English – very good level,Czech / Slovak is a plus, not required.Ideally able to travel to the Czech Republic when...
