BI Data Engineer, Operational Excellence and Quality

In this role, you will play a key part in designing, building, and optimizing our data infrastructure and reporting solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable data pipelines and Power BI solutions that drive business insights and support strategic decision-making.Responsibilities:-    Manage data in the datalake and work on integrating data from multiple sources-    Data transformation: design, build and manage robust ETL/ELT pipelines to transform and promote data from the Silver Standard layer to the Gold layer.-    Semantic Layer Management: design optimize the semantic "Gold Layer" using Star Schema principles (Facts and Dimensions) to ensure a single source of truth and high-performance reporting.-    Optimize Pyspark, SQL queries, DAX measures, and data refresh schedules for efficient data processing and timely report delivery.-    Implement and monitor data governance, security, and compliance policies.-    Troubleshoot and resolve data quality, integrity, and performance issues.-    Support analytics teams with clean, structured datasets and documentation.-    Document architecture, transformations, and data lineage for transparency and maintainability.-    Monitor and optimize data pipelines for scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure data & reporting processes run efficiently and support PostNord’s strategic priorities.
