[Applicants: Ole ensimmäisten 25 hakijan joukossa | Level: Entry level] About The JobWe are now looking for aPeople Tools & Data Managerto join VR’s People & Culture unit in Helsinki.In this role, you will take full ownership of our SuccessFactors (SF) system and play a key part in ensuring VR’s people data integrity and providing technical support. This is a full-time, permanent position.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration: Manage multiple P&C tools—design, configure, and maintain systems to ensure optimal performance and a seamless user experience.Project Involvement: Play an active role in strategic initiatives that enhance system capabilities and improve user satisfaction.Technical Support: Serve as a trusted advisor for P&C users, resolving system-related issues and handling service requests efficiently, in collaboration with IT and partner organizations, while ensuring compliance with data protection responsibilities.Process & Configuration Improvements: Collaborate on planning, solution design, and testing for process enhancements and new functionalities.Team Collaboration: Share best practices and contribute to evolving team workflows across the organization.What We’re Looking ForSolid experience with SF and/or Knowledge of other similar systems is a significant advantage.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.A self-starter with a proactive, action-oriented approach.Project management expertise and ability to collaborate across functions in a global organization.Comfortable working through change.Excellent communication and networking abilities—a true team player.Passion for ownership and accountability, with a drive for professional growth.ability to collaborate acrossA solution-oriented and proactive approach to workExcellent proficiency in Finnish and EnglishReasons to choose usImpactful Role: Make a re...
