You’ll work at the intersection of data, gameplay, and design — driving insights that inform decisions for millions of players worldwide.What You’ll DoBuild predictive and causal models to understand player behavior, engagement, and retention.Partner with game designers, engineers, and product managers to experiment, test, and optimize in-game systems and live ops.Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and dashboards for key performance metrics.Apply advanced techniques — from machine learning to reinforcement learning — to personalize player journeys.Translate complex data findings into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical teams.Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices for analytics and experimentation.What We’re Looking For5+ years’ experience indata science, machine learning, or applied statistics, ideally within gaming, entertainment, or consumer tech.Deep understanding ofPython, SQL, and modern ML frameworks(e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).Strong grasp ofA/B testing, causal inference, and player segmentation.Experience working withlarge-scale data platforms(e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks).Excellent storytelling and communication skills — you turn data into decisions.Passion for games — you understand what drives fun, engagement, and community.Nice to HaveBackground ingame economy modeling, recommendation systems, or churn prediction.Experience deploying models in production or collaborating with data engineering teams.Knowledge of BI tools (Ta...
