Responsibilities: Call-Out Services: Diagnose tickets received from customers and provide proper solutions to correct cases Planned Remote Maintenance Activities: Coordinate, prepare and submit maintenance reports by remotely connecting to existing systems Planned Onsite Activities: Handle preventative maintenance activities or support service engineers during onsite system checks System Modifications and Upgrades: Communicate and coordinate with customers on technical solutions for system upgrade needs. Design, Implementation, and Documentation: Preparation of design documents, implementation new systems, managing FATs and SATs together with customers for new service projects System Requirements Translation: Convert system and internal requirements into reliable solutions.
