[Applicants: Be among the first 25 applicants | Industry: Public Relations and Communications Services | Type: Full-time | Level: Associate] Job Title:Social Media Specialist, Digital.Healthcare, Real Estate, Executive ChannelsDepartment:Public Relations (Blue Engine)Reports to:Senior Vice President, DigitalJob Overview:The Social Media Specialist will execute day-to-day digital strategies for client campaigns, including organic social media content, executive thought leadership, and paid social media with oversight from senior team members. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within a larger client team to deliver results.Key Responsibilities:Execute digital strategies for client campaigns across healthcare, real estate, and executive channels, and paid social mediaTrack and report on client social media performance, providing insights for optimizationWork with senior team members to refine and optimize strategiesCollaborate with creative, internal and client teams to ensure successManage relationships with client and internal partnersOversee community management on social media platforms, engaging with audiences to foster brand loyalty and encourage engagementLead client content calendar creation, ensuring content aligns with client brand voice, public relations, investor relations and marketing goalsEnsure all strategies and work are reviewed by the SVP, VP, and/or Director of Digital to ensure alignment within ICR and client goals and standardsAssist in business development efforts, including proposal creation and client pitching as assignedQualifications:1-3 years of experience in digital marketingCompleted Bachelor's Degree at time of applicationStrong understanding of social media platforms, digital tools, and campaign metrics (Sprout, Tagger, Brandwatch, etc.)Detail-oriented with strong project management skillsAbility to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
