Attività La risorsa si occuperà in particolare di: Supporto costante a responsabili e dipendenti assegnati per le tematiche HR; Supporto alle attività di Ricerca e Selezione in collaborazione con il team Recruiting; Raccolta, controllo e inserimento delle presenze mensili (ferie, malattie, infortuni, maternità); Gestione del ciclo payroll in collaborazione con lo studio paghe esterno; Controllo dei cedolini e degli adempimenti mensili (F24, Uniemens, ecc.); Gestione delle pratiche di assunzione, trasformazione e cessazione del personale; Predisposizione e gestione della contrattualistica del personale; Monitoraggio delle scadenze contrattuali e della documentazione obbligatoria; Gestione dei rapporti con enti esterni (INPS, INAIL, Centro per l’Impiego); Gestione delle pratiche relative a malattie, infortuni, maternità e permessi; Supporto alle attività di reporting e budgeting del personale; Archiviazione digitale e cartacea della documentazione del personale; Supporto nella gestione di fringe benefit, welfare aziendale e premi di risultato. Requisiti: Esperienza in ambito Risorse Umane; Conoscenza della normativa giuslavoristica, della contrattualistica e dei principali CCNL applicati (Chimico-Farmaceutico, Commercio); Capacità di gestione autonoma delle principali casistiche amministrative e contrattuali; Ottima padronanza di gestionali payroll e sistemi HR (preferibilmente Zucchetti e software di rilevazione presenze); Capacità di operare efficacemente in contesti caratterizzati da interdipendenze funzionali e pluralità di interlocutori.
