Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Conduct ad hoc Medical Affairs analytics to support strategic and operational decision-making.Design and maintain KPIs and performance metrics related to content utilization, field engagement, and insights generation.Develop and enhance dashboards and reports using modern data visualization tools.Perform data mining and exploratory analysis across internal and third-party healthcare datasets.Analyze performance across multiple channels and platforms to identify trends and optimization opportunities.Partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into measurable analytics solutions.Support adoption of advanced and AI-enabled analytics in a responsible, compliant manner.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics, preferably in pharma or healthcare.Experience supporting Medical Affairs, healthcare analytics, HEOR, or commercial analytics teams.Strong hands-on experience with SQL and analytical methodologies.Experience building dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business, Economics, Healthcare Analytics, or related field.Experience with Python and/or R for data analysis or predictive analytics.Familiarity with healthcare data sources such as IQVIA, claims, or real-world data.Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry operations, including Medical Affairs or product launch analytics.Exposure to AI, predictive modeling, or advanced analytics in healthcare.Our client is a leadingBiopharmaceutical Industry,and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar fulltime positions.
