You’ll contribute real work - content that goes live, campaigns that launch, and a capstone project that strengthens brand visibility and engagement.What You’ll Learn & Do⭐ 1) Brand Storytelling & Content StrategyLearn PM’s brand voice, positioning, and visual identity across lifestyle and independent hotels.Assist in shaping property-level narratives that highlight experience, place, and personality.Translate brand strategy into compelling, platform-ready content.⭐ 2) Portfolio Travel & On-Property Content CreationTravel with Area Marketing Managers to hotels across the portfolio.Capture short-form video, photography, and behind-the-scenes moments.Identify authentic stories—from team culture to guest experiences—that resonate online.⭐ 3) Social Media Content Creation & EditingCompile, edit, and optimize content for Instagram, TikTok, , and other platforms.Edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks) and static posts using brand guidelines.Build content libraries for properties to use beyond your visits.⭐ 4) Campaign Support & ActivationSupport seasonal campaigns, openings, promotions, and brand initiatives.Assist with content calendars and campaign rollouts at the property level.Help ensure consistency across messaging, visuals, and tone.⭐ 5) Digital Presence & Performance InsightsReview social media and digital performance metrics to understand what’s working.Help summarize engagement insights and content trends for marketing leaders.Assist in refining content strategy based on audience response and platform trends.⭐ 6) Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Operations, Brand Performance, and property teams to align storytelling with the guest experience.Collaborate with People + Culture on employer-brand and culture...
