In this role, you will own complex sales cycles, close six- and seven-figure deals, and build long-term relationships with senior marketing stakeholders.You’ll operate as a trusted advisor to advertisers—leveraging Hopper’s data, scale, and product innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes—while helping shape the growth and direction of Hopper’s advertising business.What Would Your Day-to-day Look LikeOwn and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market advertisers, driving new revenue and long-term partnershipsLead full-cycle sales efforts, including prospecting, strategic pitching, negotiation, and closeDevelop multi-quarter and annual media partnerships, including custom sponsorships and data-driven solutionsServe as the primary senior point of contact for key advertiser relationshipsCollaborate closely with Account Management, Analytics, Product, and Leadership teams to deliver strong campaign performance and retentionIdentify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Hopper’s advertising product suiteInfluence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy by sharing advertiser feedback and market insightsMaintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline, with a strong command of deal strategy and timingAn Ideal Candidate Has6–10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or strategic partnershipsProven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets with large or complex accountsExperience closing six- and seven-figure advertising dealsAbility to sell consultatively to senior marketing leaders and decision-makersExcellent executive presence, storytelling, and negotiation skillsData driven with a strong financial acumenComfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity and ownershipBonus PointsExperience selling to travel brands, airlines, hotels, destinations, or tourism boardsBackground working with agencies and holding companiesFamiliarity with commerce-driven media platformsExisting relationships with senior travel marketers or agency leadershipPerks And Benefits Of Working With UsWell-funded and proven startup with large ambitions, competitive salary, upsides of pre-IPO equity packages.Hopper covers the cost of employee premiums for private medical and dental coverage.Hopper also offers priv...
