The team focuses on the day-to-day management of credit facilities across the platform. RESPONSIBILITIES  Manage compliance with credit facility terms, including ongoing Borrowing Base compliance  Review fund investments to ensure optimal financing of underlying assets  Manage all credit facility compliance and reporting requirements  Manage loan approval process with lenders, C & I  Monitor underlying obligor financials and maintain dialogue with investment professionals to identify potential impacts to credit facilities  Manage relationship with Custodian / Trustee  Monitor and manage liquidity of the firm's funds  Manage audit requests related to credit facilities  Monitor and ensure accuracy of credit facility data in systems Candidate Profile  Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field 3+ years of experience in financial services industry  Understanding of credit facilities and/or CLOs  Understanding of bank loans
