Business Analyst – Commercial Payments

Essential Functions Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings, across business lines within the department, as well as with individuals across the Bank, to support projects and enhancements by evaluating processes, analyzing data and to provide requirements Create appropriate documentation for stakeholders, end users, and scope of responsibility Assist in defining high level repeatable processes and templates across the teams Prepare documentation and conduct training to assist with end-user adoption of process and system changes Drive identification of requirements across business units through thorough processes evaluation and train end-users on process and/or system changes Help business leaders identify desired outcomes and help develop a prioritized roadmap while gaining alignment across different business units Monitor and escalate risks and issues, as appropriate Manage annual plan documentation for team business objectives Work with director to execute the various events and communications to team members, including town halls (some weekly, monthly, or quarterly) Create presentations for director and other senior leaders (includes developing story outline and creating presentation documents) Review data and co...
