GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements.Oversee daily accounting operations, including revenue recognition, accruals, reconciliations, and account review.Manage and develop accounting teams, including review of work, prioritization, and on-the-job coaching.Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation to support audit readiness.Act as primary point of contact for external auditors, coordinating audits and addressing technical accounting matters.Lead or support ERP implementations, system conversions, and process automation initiatives.Partner with client leadership to analyze financial results, resolve accounting issues, and support business decision-making during transitions.Drive process improvements and implement best practices for efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.6–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in a Controller or equivalent role.Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.Experience overseeing audits and interacting directly with external auditors.Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial reporting tools.Ability to quickly assess environments, assume ownership, and drive improvements in fast-paced,...
