The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building microservices, streaming applications, and scalable backend components using modern cloud and data technologies.This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high‑performance services that support real-time processing and enterprise-grade workloads.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain backend services usingJava,Python, andSQL.Develop and enhance real-time streaming solutions usingKafkaand other event-driven frameworks (MQ, Solace).Build and maintainmicroservicesandREST APIsusing cloud-native best practices.Implement and optimize applications onAzure Cloud Technologies.Work with distributed systems and big-data platforms such asHadoop.Build containerized applications usingDockerand manage deployments viaKubernetes.UseGitHubfor version control, CI/CD integration, and code review workflows.Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and data engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.Ensure application reliability, performance, and security through robust testing and monitoring.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on programming skills inJava, with working knowledge ofPython.Proficiency withKafkaand event-driven messaging platforms (MQ, Solace).Solid experience withSQLfor data querying, integration, and application support.Experience withAzure Cloud(Functions, AKS, Event Hub, Service Bus, etc.).Deep understanding ofmicroservices architectureand REST service design.Experience with big data or distributed processing technologies such asHadoop.Strong knowledge ofDocker,Kubernetes, and container orchestration.Familiarity with GitHub for branching, pull requests, and CI/CD workflows.Ability to work in Agile teams and deliver high-quality code in fast-paced environments.Nice-to-HaveExperience with NoSQL databases.Exposure to performance tuning and scalability engineering.Background in financial services or enterprise-scale platforms.Interested?Please share updated CV*AI may be used to screen, assess or select applicants for the position**This posting is for an existing vacancy with the organization.*
