As such, the role will require some flexibility in terms of duties but will providevisibility across the organization.ResponsibilitiesExecute, maintain, and support all aspects of theNFRA processfor theTechnology divisionReview and managetriggers(e.g.Risks,Controls,Processes, and other environmental factors)Conductrisk evaluationsandcontrol assessmentsfactoring in the materiality of triggers, validation results, and other environmental inputsAffirmrisk and control ratingswith relevantSubject Matter Experts (SMEs)and document assessment records in Firm toolsPreparereportsand present results toprimary control owners,Technology Senior Management,Business Units, and other stakeholdersSupport the identification and maintenance ofnew and existing risks and controls, including but not limited tokey control validationInteract professionally with1st, 2nd, and 3rd lines of defense,Business clients, andregulatorsMaintain and update relevantproceduresSupportprocess enhancement initiativesSupport other assessment programs, including but not limited to:SOX certificationTechnology Control AssessmentCyber assessmentOther related programsQualificationsSkills RequiredStrongverbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work effectively with all levels of theTechnology organizationandBusiness unitsExperience and understanding oftechnology controls,information security, andbusiness risksAptitude forITand strong understanding oftechnology concepts and terminologyHigh level ofdiligenceandattention to detailStronganalyticalandproblem-solving skills, including proficiency withspreadsheetsandPowerPointStrongorganizational skillswith the ability to managemultiple demandsandchanging prioritiesSkills Desired(One or more of the following industry certifications)Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)Certified in the Governance of Enterprise ...
