FreshService Implementation Specialist

The ideal candidate is highly independent, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in an evolving environment.Duration:Short-term (potential to extend)Pay rate:up to $70/hourlyLocation:100% remote – Washington State based clientKey ResponsibilitiesFinalize and optimize Freshservice configuration, including forms, workflows, and email notificationsBuild and automate SLA policies, VIP routing logic, and group-based ticket prioritizationDesign and configure onboarding and offboarding automation workflowsDocument system structure, process modifications, and governance standardsDevelop and structure a scalable knowledge baseStabilize ticketing operations and continuously improve workflow efficiencySupport phased rollout of Freshservice to additional teamsPrepare groundwork for future Change Management and Asset Management implementationHands-on Freshservice implementation and configuration experienceStrong ITSM knowledge, including Incident and Service Request management (Change Management exposure preferred)Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure integrations (Teams integration, user provisioning workflows)Experience building workflows, SLA automation, and ticket routing logicKnowledge base creation and documentation experienceExperience supporting onboarding and offboarding automationAbility to work independently with minimal oversightPreferred QualificationsExposure to Change Management and Asset Management modulesExperience working in MSP environmentsSoftware licensing and asset tracking knowledgeExperience supporting nonprofit organizations or small IT teamsSoft SkillsSelf-starter with strong ownership mentalityExcellent documentation disciplineClear and effective communicatorPractical and solution-driven mindsetComfortable adapting in a growing and evolving environmentTechnology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
