This role is critical for maintaining financial accountability, ensuring software license compliance, and optimizing the technology footprint across the enterprise.Key ResponsibilitiesLifecycle Management:Manage the acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and retirement of IT assets (Laptops, Servers, Mobile Devices, and Cloud instances).Compliance & Audits:Lead internal audits to ensure 100% compliance with software licensing agreements (SaaS and on-prem).CMDB Governance:Maintain the accuracy of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.Vendor Management:Partner with Procurement to manage vendor relationships, negotiate renewals, and track warranty information.Financial Reporting:Track IT spend, depreciation, and provide cost-saving recommendations to leadership.Required QualificationsExperience:3–5+ years in IT Asset Management (ITAM) or a similar role.Tools:Expert proficiency in ServiceNow (HAM/SAM Pro), Microsoft Intune, or Flexera.Certifications:ITIL v4 Foundation required; CSAM (Certified Software Asset Manager) or CHAMP preferred.Skills:Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with data normalization.
