Network and Security Manager

[Industry: Staffing and Recruiting | Type: Full-time | Level: Mid-Senior level] Maintain, upgrade, and document all network, server, storage, and security systems. Oversee network, server, and storage performance, capacity planning, and troubleshooting. Oversee network backup and disaster recovery solutions Monitor and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and threats. Support IT solutions to improve end-user productivity. Communicate with members of the IT staff and promote the exchange of information to ensure system reliability. Work with business partners to implement network and security solutions. Attend regular IT status meetings.  Test new software/configurations before deploying to other members of the firm. Other duties as assigned.Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science preferred, or comparable professional certifications. At least 5 years of experience with networking and security (Entra ID, SonicWall, ISO27001). 3-5 years of experience in a user-facing technical support role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment. Advanced knowledge of Entra ID, M365, CrowdStrike, Arctic Wolf, and other networking and security solutions. Knowledge of legal business software, including but not limited to: iManage, DocXtools, Kofax PowerPDF, Litera, Laurel time entry, and others as needed. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and an aptitude for technical concepts. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the firm. Ability to demonstrate confidence with and mastery of subject matter. Highly proficient in time management, organization, planning, and prioritization. Ability to manage changing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to a changing business environment.“Our specialized recruiting professionals apply their expertise and utilize our proprietary AI to find you great job matches faster.”
