Salesforce QA Analyst

The QA will perform hands-on testing acrosscustom Lightning Web Components (LWCs), custom objects, flows, and integrations with managed packages.This position is ideal for a junior–mid level QA professional looking to expand their Salesforce testing experience while working closely with developers and business stakeholders in a collaborative, onsite environment.Core ResponsibilitiesPerform manual QA for Salesforce enhancements, break/fix items, and ongoing deployments (2–5 weekly plus 1–2 larger monthly releases).Test customLightning Web Components, custom objects, flows, and user workflows.Execute existing test cases and contribute to creating new test plans/test cases.SupportUAT coordinationand collaborate with business users to validate requirements.Conduct regression testing and integration testing (no API-level testing required).Validate functionality involving managed packages such as:Accounting SeedAstonous Shipping ManagerTest workflows related to accounting, inventory, and basic CPQ scenarios.Log defects and work closely with developers and product owners to resolve issues.Provide clear, constructive feedback within a collaborative team environment.Participate in standups and discussions in a consulting-style delivery model.Must‑Have Qualifications1–3+ years ofmanual QA experience(not all must be Salesforce-specific).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to execute manual test cases, perform regression testing, and support UAT.Basic understanding of Salesforce functionality OR prior exposure to Salesforce (testing, support, admin coursework, etc.).Ability to learn quickly and understand custom objects, flows, and end-to-end business processes.Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with frequent deployments.Preferred Qualifications6 months–2 years of Salesforce testing experience (Sales Cloud preferred).Exposure to testingLightning Web Components (LWCs).Experience testing business workflows involving accounting, inventory, or basic CPQ functions.Familiarity with testing managed packages or integrations.Ability to write test cases from scratch (even at a basic level).Experience using QA and project t...
