The Senior Manager, Product Designer sets the benchmark for creating rigorous research backed, end-to-end product experiences for customers that are easy to use, employ best-in-class design practices, and are based firmly in customer needs and business goals. The Senior Manager, Product Designer is hands-on, planning and executing core activities such as research, synthesis and design execution, leading a team of product designers to to achieve exceptional customer-centered outcomes
Work with the product, business and technology teams to define, scope and manage the end-to-end product experience
Manage the design team activities from research and ideation through to execution and ensure consistent high-quality outcomes
Guide UX designers on design strategy related to research and insights generation and then execute high quality UX artefacts
Guide UI designers on executing best in class visual design work that is consistent, on brand and user backed
Work with the front end developers to ensure the successful implementation of the visual design and product interaction
