Retention Strategies: Develop and implement targeted retention strategies to address customer pain points and improve satisfaction. Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and work with internal teams to address these issues.

This role is core to Drip’s revenue engine and focuses on growing our existing client base, driving new acquisitions, and building long-term client relationships with key SME stakeholders. Work closely with internal stakeholders across sales, credit, operations, and product teams to drive seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the main contact for the Work Force Management team, including Forecasting & Planning, Scheduling and the Command Centre, handling all local administrative and resource management tasks. Calculate monthly salaries for Customer Contact Team members, including leave, overtime, and performance awards.

You’ll collaborate closely with Associates and fellow Consultants, apply structured problem-solving and analytics, and contribute directly to client-facing recommendations that influence real business decisions. What You’ll Do Client Engagement & Delivery Collaborate within teams of two to four Associates and Consultants to support all phases of client engagements Contribute to defined workstreams, execute analyses, and support internal and client reviews Structure ambiguous problems and develop practical, client-ready solutions Present findings and recommendations clearly and confidently to clients Analysis & Modeling Structure, clean data, and analyze large and complex datasets (pricing, transactional, customer) Build analytical frameworks and models such as elasticity models, segmentation, price waterfalls, and scenario analyses Translate analysis into clear business insights and actionable recommendations Communication & Influence Develop executive-ready deliverables, including presentations, models, and narratives Communicate complex concepts in a clear, concise, and compelling way Team & Firm Contribution Uphold high-quality standards and accountability across project work Foster collaboration, learn from experienced team members, and support newer associates Contribute to knowledge management, training materials, and internal infrastructure Share industry insights and prior experiences to support team learning and growth Adapt priorities to meet evolving client needs and project milestones Qualifications Undergraduate degree with 3+ years of work experience (Master’s Degree or MBA preferred) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or Python is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Client-facing confidence with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships Collaborative, team-first mindset with high attention to detail and quality Past consulting or pricing experience preferred Who You Are Can-Do & Curious: You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and seek continuous learning Structured Thinker: You break down complex problems into clear, actionable steps Analytical & Detail-Oriented: You consistently deliver high-quality work with minimal ...
